restaurants and hotels struggle to find Chefs.Whilst Love blossoms,
Chefs are in withering decline. The catering Industry has been
struggling with the shortage for the past ten years.The elite, The
Michelin Restaurant, is even feeling this shortage. In the past year
Michelin have been turning to traditional recruiters and
advertisements to fill their kitchens with Chefs. Traditionally these
Michelin only needed to open the back door and let the next
hopeful try his hand, supply was plentiful and competition fierce, for a
place in the Brigade.A combination of poor wages,

lack of professional
status and the sheer volume of new eateries have contributed to the lack
